7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
- The credits from the purchased pack have not been consumed
- The account is in good standing (not terminated for Terms of Service violations)
Processing Fee
A 6% processing fee applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable payment processor transaction and currency conversion costs. This fee is deducted from the total refund amount.

Used Credits Are Not Refundable
If any credits from the purchased pack have been consumed, the entire pack is no longer eligible for refund. This policy ensures fair use of our service and prevents abuse of the refund system.
We recommend trying our free features or starting with a smaller credit pack to evaluate the service before making a larger purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@email.idevum.com with the following information:
- Your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address associated with your idevum account
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refunded amount will appear in your account within 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Credits already spent on completed roundtables or AI generations
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Gift purchases or transfers between accounts
